Howard Sarna, Chief Executive Officer
Howard Sarna brings 15 years of high-level experience of the contact centre industry having co-founded and developed his own business, Professional Support Centre, in 1991 before selling it in a trade sale in the late 1990s. He remained with the organization, ClientLogic, taking its European revenues from $15m to over $200m before leaving in 2005. Howard then spent 2 years as UK Managing Director of Dun & Bradstreet. He has an honours degree and an MBA.
